Finance Analyst (Contract basis)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prepare consolidation for sourcing budget and forecast. Review and support category and functional FP&A teams for all FP&A activities. Responsible for variance analysis.
  • Assist senior manager to drive the budget/Forecast process.
  • Support Regional & local functional initiatives to support strategic business plan.  Support the finance team on project plans design and implement it effectively by monitoring the work of project team.  Develop financial models and reports for management to review project progress, track variance against project budget/ forecast, all financial issues and financial project metrics
  • Develop relevant dashboard reporting or consolidated management reports. Analyze key performance indicator to measure business and operation performance. Review business cases ensuring ROI is sound.
  • Assist with market research, data mining and business intelligence
  • Analyze financial and business data, identifying trends and variances and recommending actions to management
  • Assists with the creation of presentation tools and decks for senior management
  • Assist in ongoing process improvement and cost efficiencies for the organization and target to deliver process simplification and driving standardization and efficiencies

  • Minimum three years of professional experience in financial analyst or accounting or auditing.  Experience in FP&A will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business; certified public accountant, MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Outstanding Microsoft office skills – including excel, powerpoint, visio
  • Ability to interpret and utilize key process data; strong analytically minded and can quickly identify insights and tell a story with data
  • Excellent planning and prioritization skills with strong project management capabilities
  • Ability to interact with all organizational levels and demonstrate a professional presence
  • Highly motivated; demonstrates a "can-do" approach in being proactive with work assignments
  • Experience in a dynamic multinational organization; with knowledge of apparel supply chain preferred
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Fluency in spoken wand written Chinese/Mandarin will be an advantage
