GENERAL SUMMARY: 
The Senior Analyst, Franchise Logistics, is responsible for coordinating & managing activities of the Franchise logistics activities across APAC, ME & LATAM region.  This resource will report into the Senior Manager, Origin Operations. This position will be accountable for exceeding  Franchise logistics KPIs from Origin until shipment turnover to APAC,  ME  & LATAM franchise partner, implementing best practices, establishing and maintaining standard operating procedures, and reporting capabilities. This role will act as a regional resource on behalf of all logistics hubs & partner closely with Franchise strategy team, Inventory management team, Franchise Finance, Franchise partner manager and Franchise support teams for execution of various logistics initiatives as directed by corporate /brand requirements. This role contributes to the company’s success by supporting the Senior Manager, Origin Operations in providing logistics planning, implementing business solutions, robust processes, functional/ industry expertise, and cross-functional collaboration – with a strong focus on stakeholder satisfaction and the management of internal and external relationships.
 
This role collaborates closely with other Supply Chain functions and relevant internal business partners to ensure goal alignment and business success.
 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Accountable for seamless & on-time movement of merchandize globally to APAC, Middle East & Latin America Franchise partner to the agreed handover location.
  • Measures and manages the transportation performance of manufacturing vendors, origin consolidators, ocean carriers, air freight forwarders and other service providers at origin and handover location against their SLAs. Assures that this performance is consistently maintained at an acceptable level. Ensures that services and cost goals are met.
  • Lead Network Planning for managed geography – Develop, maintain & optimize transit time planner to strike balance between cost & speed. Develop Contingency Plans in case of logistics service disruption (Strikes, space /equipment shortage, vessel void, force majeure)
  • In accordance with Global Transportation standards, act as a regional resource on behalf of all logistics hubs & partner closely with corporate for execution of various logistics initiatives as directed by Franchise strategy team / brand requirements.
  • Manages ongoing relationships with Franchise partners and  third-party logistics providers supporting logistics and order fulfilment.
  • Demonstrates exceptional personal integrity, courage, initiative and commitment to building trust in a diverse, dynamic and multi-cultural environment
  • Networks with industry peers and experts at other companies to develop a high level of awareness of alternative supply chain models and best-in-class Supply Chain/ Transportation solutions
  • Support daily operations’ need for both regional inventory and direct franchise shipment including following task
- Analyze, respond and resolve Franchise Logistics related issues, e.g. handover, import customs, delivery or receiving issues
- Partner closely with HKG Regional DC and US FR inventory and planning to align on partner allocation and collection schedule
- Partner closely with EI turnover locations (e.g. HKG, Dubai, ICN etc) and Inbound Logistics for smooth transaction for Direct model   partners
- Communicate the seasonal schedule and pick up schedule for reserve season market P&H arrangement
- Support pre-season P2S file communication between allocation team and partner
- Communicate the pick up schedule for holidays and end of season shipments
- Engage in new franchise partner on-boarding and give operational guideline to the partner and their 3PL
- Update Partner Profile
- Manage partner Transit Time, Cost (CPU) and Process Map and share with FPM (Franchise Partner Manager)
- Review FTA duty savings and give guidance to brands on duty rates
- Support any Jobber sale execution for RI or Direct shipments
- Issue ad hoc billing invoice related to franchise shipments
- Collaborate with other PMs and build constructive and effective working relationship
- Support Partner Management team for any day-to-day needs and provide weekly franchise shipments status update

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field or equivalent industry experience. MBA or other relevant advanced degree a strong plus
  • Around 5 – 8 years in supply chain management, international logistics, global transportation, retail distribution and/or related professional experience 
  • Previous working experience in apparel/textile industry, logistics operations, express, transportation and freight forwarder organization is an advantage
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Skills (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Project)
  • Must be able to travel internationally
