Manager, Business Process Capability (COE)
Lead business process review, design and implementation to support GIS initiatives and operating model.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Interface with Supply chain & Sourcing business (located in HK, US, Asia) to define and review business requirements or issues supporting business changes or initiatives which in turn enhance operational efficiency.
  • Partner with the System applications team (located in HK, China) to factor in process requirements to the system design and enhancement as appropriate
  • Define dashboard metrics/KPI and reporting requirements to support business decision making process
  • Advise, develop and deliver training to support new process launch
  • Support change management in GIS/brands including communication and training
  • Incorporate best-practice for the successful project delivery
  • Establish and maintain close relationship with business stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related discipline
  • 10 years of experience of management consulting  preferably in fashion retail / sourcing, FMCG or industrial markets.
  • Project management skills
  • Business solution design and delivery experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities
  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English
